CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR

We have a vacancy for a CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR at our Alberton branch. The ideal candidate will be a healthy, stress tolerant, problem solver and a fast learner. 

Requirements / qualifications:

* Non-smoker

* Matric / Grade 12

* Fully bilingual (Afr & Eng)

* Basic working knowledge of the MS Office package

* Basic working knowledge of Control Room Software

* Psira Registered

* No criminal Record

* Own reliable transport to & from work

Other requirements:

* Proven Track Record

* Contactable references

* Tenacious

* Able to work without supervision

* Confident, articulate, and professional communication (verbal and written) 

* Attention to detail

* Tech savvy

* Exceptional problem-solving skills

Functions will include:

* Monitoring of Alarm Signals, CCTV, Vehicle Tracking and Guards

* Managing of Guards 

* Dealing with Clients 

* Technical Support and Bookings

Work hours: Shifts as per roster; 07h00-19h00; 3-4-3 rotations.

Salary: R8,000 - R10,000 negotiable

Start date: Immediately (or as soon as possible)
