Requirements:

-PSIRA Grade C

-Grade 10

-Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written in English.

-Must be willing to work shifts

-Must reside in area or willing to relocate / Own Accommodation

Key Performance Indicators:

-Able to handle/manage all aspects of the mining security operations;

-Physical Security Deployment

-Mine Health and Safety Act

Must be willing and give consent to the following:

-Integrity test - conducted through a polygraph test with selected questions.

-Credit background check.

-Criminal background check.

-Principal check – Involvement in any other company or business

-Illegal Substance test.

-Previous employment background check
